Sapana Village Launches Plantation Week to Promote a Greener and More Sustainable Future

Chitwan, Nepal: Starting from Ashar 15, Sapana Village has officially launched Plantation Week across Ichchhakamana Rural Municipality Wards 1 and 2 and Kalika Municipality Ward 11 as part of its ongoing commitment to environmental conservation and community development.

During the week-long campaign, a variety of fodder species, fruit trees, bamboo, coffee saplings, and broom grass will be planted in collaboration with local communities. The initiative aims to restore green landscapes, improve biodiversity, strengthen climate resilience, and create sustainable livelihood opportunities for local families.

By planting species that provide food, animal fodder, and income-generating resources, the campaign supports both environmental protection and long-term economic empowerment in the region.

Through this initiative, Sapana Village continues its mission of combining sustainable tourism with meaningful social and environmental impact, helping build a healthier ecosystem and a brighter future for generations to come.

Together, let's plant today for a better tomorrow.
