Sapana Village Social Impact (SVSI) successfully organized a Half-Yearly Review and Sharing Program for the Comprehensive Community Development Project (CCDP) on 10 January 2026 at the Kolbhanjyang Office. The program served as a strategic platform to review progress, capture key learnings, and align the team for the next project cycle.
The session focused on assessing project performance against predefined targets and indicators. Project leads and field facilitators presented major achievements, operational activities, and first half-year data. A key highlight was the Target vs. Achievement analysis across CCDP pillars, including livelihood enhancement, education support, health and sanitation, and community mobilization. Both quantitative and qualitative insights were shared, ensuring a transparent and realistic assessment of the project’s reach and effectiveness.
