3-Day Teacher Training Strengthens Early Childhood Education in Sapana School

Sapana Village Social Impact has initiated a three-day comprehensive teacher training programme for pre-primary level teachers at Sapana School premises.

The training brings together 20 participants from different schools, focusing on strengthening foundational teaching skills required for early childhood education. The programme is designed to improve classroom practice, child-centered learning approaches, and the overall quality of pre-primary education delivery.

The sessions are being facilitated by Dr. Meenakshi Dahal, a professional teacher trainer with expertise in early childhood development and pedagogy. The training includes interactive sessions, practical teaching techniques, and discussions aimed at improving classroom engagement and learning outcomes for young children.

The initiative reflects SVSI’s continued focus on strengthening education quality through targeted capacity-building programmes for teachers. By investing in early education, the programme aims to create a stronger foundation for children’s long-term learning and development.

Through such initiatives, Sapana Village Social Impact continues to support improved educational standards and teacher capacity in rural communities.
