Sapana Village Extends a Helping Hand, Donates Essential Office Equipment to Ratnanagar Municipality-7

Sapana Village has provided essential office equipment to Ward No. 7 of Ratnanagar Municipality, which had its administrative functions severely disrupted by recent nationwide protests. The protests, which swept across various parts of the country, led to significant damage to public infrastructure, including physical and administrative structures of local government units. This damage created operational hurdles for many ward offices, leaving them struggling to provide basic services to citizens.

Responding to a formal request for assistance from the ward office, Sapana Village stepped in to bridge the gap. On Friday, 2082/6/12, representatives from Sapana Village officially handed over a batch of crucial equipment to officials of Ward No. 7. The donated items include 1 unit of Computer, 1 unit of 3-in-1 Printer, 1 unit of Office Table and 2 units of Office Chairs.

Officials believe that the provision of these materials will not only facilitate smoother service delivery but also help in strengthening the overall working environment and efficiency of the ward office, ultimately benefiting the entire community of Ward No 7. The collaboration between Sapana Village and the local ward office highlights the role of community and private sector partnerships in rebuilding and reinforcing public institutions during times of need.
