Chitwan, Nepal: Sapana Village Social Impact (SVSI) has taken another important step toward empowering women by expanding its skill development program with advanced sewing training.
Today, SVSI met with women who successfully completed the organization's basic sewing training to discuss the next phase of their learning. During the meeting, participants expressed strong enthusiasm for continuing to build their skills and enhance their employment opportunities.
In response to their interest, SVSI has launched an Advanced Sewing Training Program focused on the use of electric sewing machines. The training will equip participants with practical technical skills, enabling them to produce garments more efficiently and with higher quality.
By strengthening their expertise, the program aims to increase participants' opportunities to secure employment in garment factories or start their own tailoring businesses, helping them achieve long-term financial independence.
Through initiatives like this, Sapana Village Social Impact (SVSI) continues its commitment to empowering women, creating sustainable livelihood opportunities, and supporting inclusive community development.
