SVSI Organizes “म को हुँ? (Who Am I?)” Women's Self-Identity, Self-Confidence and Empowerment Programme

Chitwan, Nepal | 5 June 2026 — Sapana Village Social Impact (SVSI) organized the “म को हुँ? (Who Am I?)” – Women's Self-Identity, Self-Confidence and Empowerment Programme for 36 women participating in the Sewing Training Programme in Siddhi and Sauraha.

The programme aimed to encourage women to recognize their own strengths, build self-confidence, and embrace their potential as agents of positive change within their families and communities.

During the event, Dhruba Giri, Founder of SVSI and owner of Sapana Village Lodge, shared his personal journey of perseverance, highlighting the challenges he faced and the determination that enabled him to transform his vision into reality. His inspiring story resonated deeply with the participants, motivating them to believe in themselves, pursue their aspirations, and overcome obstacles with confidence.

Through interactive discussions, reflection exercises, and motivational sessions, the women explored their identities beyond traditional roles and discovered the value of self-belief. Participants were encouraged to embrace the powerful message: “म सक्छु! (I Can!)”—a reminder that confidence, resilience, and determination can open doors to new opportunities and brighter futures.

The programme also emphasized the vital role women play in shaping stronger families and more inclusive, progressive communities. By investing in women's confidence and leadership, communities can foster sustainable social and economic development for future generations.

Sapana Village Social Impact remains committed to empowering women through education, skills development, and awareness programmes that strengthen their ability to lead independent and fulfilling lives.
